I wake up when I choose. That took a while to earn.
Train. Eat. Sun. If there's sun somewhere I'll find it — I've been chasing it from East London to northern Thailand. I travel when I want and I come back for my people. That's the life. That's the whole point of building it.
I'm 24 with real responsibilities. Single mum household. Eldest son. My mum, my sister — that's the foundation everything else sits on. I think that's why I carry a bit more sense than my age might suggest. When the weight is real from early, you grow into it differently. Sons first. Men second.
Me and my best friend started doing fitness sessions in a park in East London. Two of us. Grew to a community of over 200 young men showing up, training, holding each other to something. We called it EGX. That's where I learned what leading men actually looks like — not from a course, not from a book. From being in the park week after week with the mandem.
The mentoring came out of that. Students placed in jobs and careers. Men working through their worst habits. Young guys finally moving with something real behind them. That work is what the Socratic Study Space and Direction are built from.
